GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE INTERNET BOOKING SYSTEM:
Information: All the tourist information than you can read in this site are been given by tourist offices, stations, etc. and they are only general information, without obligation on the part of RV Hotels. We must specify that Rosa dels Vents act as borrower intermediary between the companies which give us their services and the final customer. Consequently, RV Hotels doesn't assume responsibility for loss, robbery or degradation of the personal belongings in our residences. Moreover, we remind you that we don't assume responsibility for forgetting the personal belongings inside our residences.
Bookings: Your booking is confirmed automatically once you receive the email confirmation of it.
The provided credit card number will be used as a guarantee in case it is necessary to make the full charge for your stay, including fees and possible extras. The total amount of your reservation must be paid up to 2 days before arrival, or at the time of booking in the case of a non-refundable rate, through the link automatically sent from our system. Payment is essential to obtain validation of the access code.
Claims: In case of deficiency, anomaly, or any other defect in the services or during the stay, it must be reported immediately to reception. RV Hotels will resolve any complaint made during the stay as soon and efficiently as possible. However, we will not accept any claims made after the stay if they were not reported during the stay.
Cancellations and Modifications: All modification and cancellation must be notified by writing and would involve cancellation expenses. If you decide to leave the apartment during your stay, you will not have the right of refund or reimbursement
The building has a virtual reception. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive instructions for ONLINE check-in, payment of the reservation, taxes and extras. You can do this up to 2 days before your arrival. You will receive a link with the total amount to make the payment ONLINE. Once the payment is verified, you will receive the access code of your reservation and the same day of arrival the number of your flat.
You will not be able to access the apartment until you have completed the registration of travellers and the payment of the total amount of the reservation.
Check-in: At 16h. Your code will be automatically activated on the day of check-in at 4pm. You can freely access your flat from that time onwards.
Check-out: Before 10h. Please note that your code will cease to be active at 10am and you will no longer be able to access your flat.
Participants number The number of people showed for the residence is the maximum occupancy permitted, considering the furniture and the planed facilities. This occupancy could not be exceeded (considering too children and babies). All additional person could be refused or it is the possibility too to add a supplement at the apartment price. RV Hotels doesn't assume responsibility for the customer admission in the apartments.
Complementary services Some residences have complementary services as TV hiring, extra beds, cradles, sheets hiring … Don't forget to check the cost of those services. The payment will be done directly on the reception.
Deposit: Remember that you have a pre-authorised amount of 150€ on your card that can be used as a deposit for possible damages (including cleaning).
Special Offers: The special offers and promotions will be applied in the days with lower rate. The promotions and offers will be applied only in the accommodation and never in the complementary services.
Swimming-pool and another services: In the most of our residences, the swimming-pools are uncovered, and without surveillance, except opposite indications. Opening dates are conditioned by seasonality criterions. We suggest you to check the opening dates of those services (mini-market, swimming-pools, restaurants …), RV Hotels doesn't accept any complaint for those concepts or reasons.
Not included in the price of the room: The city tax is € 1,10 per person per night. Up to a maximum of 7 nights will apply. To be paid directly in the hotel.
When booking more than 2 apartments, special conditions and supplements may be applied.
These prices are calculated according to the current tax norms. In case of any changes in tax regulations, the new norms will be implemented on the same (original) tax base.
