AUTO CHECK-IN:
- The hotel has a virtual reception mode, and the check-in process is completely digital.
- Once the reservation is made, you will receive instructions to complete the guest registration and a link to pay for the reservation, taxes, and extras.
- On the day of check-in, starting from 3:00 PM, the guest will receive detailed instructions and the digital code to access the accommodation via email.
- Access to the room will not be allowed until the guest registration is completed, and the total reservation payment is made.

- In case of any damage or loss caused by the guest to the hotel's property and belongings, the guest will be required to pay the amount according to the value established by the company. This amount will be charged to the card provided by the guest at the time of making the reservation.
